Terms & Conditions
Welcome to Killaprint. By placing an order with us through our website (www.killaprint.uk), social media channels, or directly via email, you agree to be bound by the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before completing your purchase.
1. Artwork Quality & Customer Responsibility
  • File Requirements: The customer is entirely responsible for providing high-resolution, print-ready artwork. We recommend files be submitted at a minimum of 300 DPI in CMYK colour format.
  • Quality Disclaimer: Killaprint prints directly from the files provided by the customer. We accept no liability for poor-quality prints, blurriness, or pixelation resulting from low-resolution or low-quality image uploads.
  • Content Checking: We do not automatically proofread or check files for spelling, grammar, layout, or transparency errors. The customer is solely responsible for checking their design before submission.
2. Proofing Process
  • Standard Procedure: To maintain fast production times, we operate on a “print what is uploaded” basis. Digital proofs are not automatically provided for every order.
  • Requested Proofs: Digital proofs will only be supplied if explicitly requested by the customer in the order notes or via separate written correspondence at the time of ordering.
  • Killaprint Discretionary Proofs: We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to pause an order and issue a digital proof if we believe the uploaded artwork will yield an unexpected or poor print outcome.
  • Proof Approval: If a proof is issued (either by request or at our discretion), production will be paused. It is the customer’s responsibility to reply with formal approval. Killaprint is not liable for delays caused by a customer’s failure to respond to proof emails. Once a proof is approved by the customer, no further changes can be made, and the order will be printed exactly as shown in the proof.
3. Colour and Cutting Variations
  • Screen vs. Ink: Screen displays use an RGB light profile, whereas professional printing uses physical CMYK inks. Minor variations in colour saturation, brightness, and shade between your screen and the final printed sticker are an inherent part of the printing process and do not constitute a defect.
  • Cutting Tolerances: For custom-shaped or die-cut stickers, a microscopic cutting shift of up to 1.5mm may occur due to mechanical tolerances. We strongly advise incorporating a bleed area and keeping critical text/borders away from the cut line.
4. Cancellations, Returns, and Refunds
  • Custom Goods Exemption: In accordance with the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations, custom-made, bespoke, or personalized items are strictly exempt from the standard 14-day statutory right to cancel or return goods.
  • Change of Mind: Once production has started or custom artwork has been prepared, orders for custom stickers cannot be cancelled, refunded, or exchanged due to a change of mind.
  • Manufacturing Defects: Refunds or reprints will only be issued if the product is physically defective (e.g., incorrect materials used, major cutting errors outside standard tolerances, or mechanical machine malfunctions).
5. Claims, Damages, and Shortages
  • 7-Day Reporting Window: Any damage sustained during transit, manufacturing defects, or quantity shortages must be reported to Killaprint within 7 calendar days of delivery.
  • Evidence Required: To process a claim for a reprint or refund, you must email us at [email protected] with clear photographic or video evidence showing the defect, damage, or the total quantity received. We cannot issue resolutions without visual evidence.
6. Turnaround and Delivery
  • Estimated Timelines: All production turnaround and delivery windows provided on our website are estimates only, not strict guarantees. While we make every effort to dispatch orders swiftly, Killaprint is not liable for financial losses caused by courier delays, bad weather, or unexpected machinery breakdowns.
